Exhausted

Hanging out with the big kids is exhausting! She had an older friend over while I did her mom's lashes and then we did crafts with ladies from the ward with lots of kids (almost all boys) and Amelia kept right up with them! I was afraid she would be difficult because she hasn't napped yet, but she was so great and then completely passed out once we got home! She can call asleep on me any time, I'll take all the snuggles I can get from that cute, busy girl!

Playing and being silly after she told Dad she needed to poop. They giggled and made faces, and when she got up we had peed on her big girl potty! We are learning that for her 'poop' means pee also. :) she is getting so grown up and just may potty train herself before we are ready!

Cleaning

Amelia LOVES to use the Clorox wipes to help clean. She will wipe down the floor, her high chair, the chairs, the rug, her toys, etc... I have to beg her to throw it away but she is determined that she is not finished cleaning yet. I hope she keeps that up as she gets older! :)

So grateful to be able to celebrate Mother's Day today and to be able to have the amazing opportunity of being a mom. Amelia brings so much happiness to my life and she makes me a better person. I can't wait to meet her little brother and fall in love again. I feel so blessed that my Heavenly Father has trusted me with such an incredible job. I am so grateful for my own mother who made me the person I am today and who taught me how to be a mom! Happy Mothers Day to all the amazing moms and women in our lives!
